With approximately 360 employees (Concern, status 01.01.2009) in the group, Baader Bank AG is one of the leading specialists in securities trading in Germany.
Since its IPO on 1 August 1994, the company has steadily expanded its areas or business and is now offering a large number of capital market services in addition to classical stock exchange trading.

The company is authorised to the Amtlicher Handel on the Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich and Stuttgart stock exchanges and manages some 308,200 order books (status 31.12.2008) on these exchanges.
