Deutsches Aktieninstitut (“German Institute of Corporate Stock”) links about 200 listed companies of a variety of sectors, banks and financial services firms, investors, stock exchanges, renowned law firms, leading consulting firms and other important capital markets stakeholders.
Since 1953 Deutsches Aktieninstitut represents the interests of publicly traded companies, banks, stock exchanges and investors. Their members represent 85 percent of the market capitalization of public limited companies listed in Germany. In a close dialogue with policy makers the institute constructively works on the development of capital markets and their parameters, because efficient capital markets are the basis for innovation and investments by companies.
